Love the office staff. They all seem to get along and have fun while doing their job. The culture fits in with my lifestyle.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As inflation has gone up as we all know, So has the pay rates for even the most basic of jobs. Flipping burgers as they say can now earn you 20$ an hour. My experience,skills, knowledge, attendance and the duties this job requires. I believe a fair compensation should be in the ballpark of 35$ an hr
