My manager and Operations Manager do a fantastic job in stepping in and assisting when needed. They are amazing and can't ask for anything better :)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the amount of spanish calls coming from all different sides that I seem to be handling on my own. I seem to be the one bombarded with these and sometimes it does not allow me enough time in the day to be able to get to my own tasks
