What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like how responsive they are to any questions or problems I might have.

What makes you most happy at work?

My ability to help people get approved to lease homes and/or renew their leases.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Best things are how available and willing to help they are. We are a great team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone has a positive attitude most of the time and they are all very dedicated and hard working. Special activities are planned to bring the team together.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel a higher hourly rate is warranted due to the level of responsibility I have, my education, experience, and the amount of work that is required. I would not call it feeling undervalued because I know I am valued. Feeling valued and appreciated is not only about the compensation.
