This company pays more than others and has an amazing benefits package, I never have to stress about taking care of my health.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The amount of work has been overwhelming and unmanageable. But there have been some recent changes I'm excited about that should help, but we'll see.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Looking at my pay scale, I see I am paid under the median range and believe with my experience in real estate and property management I should be paid above the median.
