The overall experience has been neutral with Invitation Homes. I love the companies goals however I believe attention to detail will hold the company back. The community is friendly however could communicate better.

We are paid the same as a pizza delivery driver these days. Unfortunately that is just how the job market has changed.

Enjoying conversations with coworkers, sharing the tough experiences with residents and finding solutions to resident problems to make their experience better with IH
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They work well together to tackle difficult situations and everyone remains level headed and calm through the process. They do care about other employees and make an effort to really connect with everyone. Community is strong here at Invitation Homes.
