I have loved working her for the last 10 years. I had been the #1 leasing agent numerous times. Its because of the dedication I put towards what I Do. This new position is really 2 jobs and its very difficult to do both and get great results.

Carrie is 100% a great supervisor. She listens she cares and is 100% responsive. I can get her at anytime
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers, the LES team we are family. We rely on each other daily to get through the hoops that are thrown our way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have actually been with IH since Dec 8, 2012 as a leasing agent. I am used to working 7 days a week. This LES position is not a Monday/Friday job. I work after hours and EVERY weekend.
