What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Allowing us to work from home 2 days.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They seem to get along.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

DO YOUR JOB! Then when you complain that I can't do your work quick enough for you, it makes it really tough for me to like my coworkers.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

People need to do their work. Its frustrating having to step in for a lot of people and then having them complain about it. Most people have been working here for over a year and still can't read a work order. People seem lost all the time.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Explaining to their own teams on what needs to be done. I am so tired of people not doing their part and having it fall into my lap. There is a culture here where everyone tries to pass things off and it always finds its way to the Maintenance team.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel like I have to do all the work for CSR PM's. I am still lost as to what they do. Besides allowing violations that are resident responsibility to sit until new residents arrive. Which now makes this IH responsibility. We are losing a ton of money from these fines.
