Hey somewhere between 15 to 20% margin average call ahead with the stress, workload, and cost of living increase, we are clearly underpaid

My team is very helpful especially the superintendents. My immediate manager Chris cares about me as a person and is very nice to get along with, but sometimes doesn’t really understand what
