Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Analysts at this firm are paid far below what our competitors are offering. After being here for 6 months, I have received several offers for 100k-125k and I currently make 75k. I enjoy my job here so it is worth it, however the compensation is not equivalent to competitors.
