I love working for IH. I love the diversity and inclusion initiatives & volunteerism, too. Mostly though, I like that it doesn't matter what I do now or what I've learned in the past - If I set my sights on something new or different, IH will incorporate it into my goals so I can hit new heights!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like in today's economic climate, what I'm making doesn't quite stand up to the cost of living increases most of us have experienced. It's not a deal breaker for me though - If anything makes me want to hit goals and targets sooner so that I can advance within the company, financially.
