I like my job and what I do. I like the changes that I have seen come in the last year. I am sad to say that at the beginning I thought my coworkers were friends, but now I feel that I have to watch my back.

They try to keep things going.

I like my job, I like what I do and what comes from it.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think that they can be harsh at times assuming we should know everything by now.

I enjoy the work and the job. I have a good go to person who makes me feel valued.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That I can work remotely three days a week. I would like the option to work remotely more since I travel a lot.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I trusted my coworkers from the beginning and found that it hit me in the back. I don't feel comfortable saying things, being me, I am scared to make mistakes, I feel that I work in a hostile environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think that they are on track of really wanting to bring the teams together. In my year, I have seen more of getting departments together, I have seen more of them working on areas for within teams to talk Straight Talk. I am loving what is coming from them.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I would like to see the change that with employees who are not just out for themselves. I would like to see a change with employees who have been there longer to not treat the newbies like we are threatening them, to know we are there to help and make the team better.
