Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that the role CSR-FS deals with a lot more than any other position within the company and they deserve to be paid higher for it. While the starting wage is fair the living wage in Florida is high and it's hard to pay bills working just 1 job making just what you need to live.
