My overall experience is wonderful! all the houses that I visit, the residents love my service however, there needs to be some changes to the structure of the work order interface, it is antiquated and very inefficient and it also leads to bad low quality work because of metric influence

Corporate managers are awesome. They're always responding very fast to any inquiries that's presented. The tech managers could use a little more training though
What are some of the best things about your team?
The managers can be a little bit hard to reach at times and lack proper training skills but the other techs are awesome they're always there when I can't reach a manager for advice
