What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We are a diverse company and all seem welcome. No one is made to feel left out or inadequate due to their preference or choices.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I love the fact that we are trained to be self sufficient and not micro managed, we are given a task and we complete it and things move smoothly

What are some of the best things about your team?

I have grown to enjoy the dynamic of how things work, I would enjoy it if the departments would come together more to work as one, however you still have a sense of belonging

What makes you most happy at work?

The fact that I can feel that I am helping others around me and that I am free to learn and grow at my own rate. I am not ever made to feel that I am not doing enough, and the work is mostly appreciated.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I do miss having a monthly bonus structure, this has become crucial in most work places especially due to the economy, if you perform well I feel there should be an incentive to achieve on a monthly basis, I would not mind more KPI's to make this possible. The health benefits are horrible.
