I love IH I love the people I get to work with, I appreciate the benefits, and I LOVE the work from home day!!! It is a great company to work for if you can handle the stress.

I just feel like for the work load I am super under paid.

Almost everyone gets along and tries to make each other feel appreciated and valued

I would just like a higher hourly because even fast food keeps getting raised minimum wage to almost match mine.

My team now is good. We had a very rude person on our team but they have been transferred now so it is getting better by the day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My top managers are the BEST! They meet with me biweekly just in case I need help with anything and to discuss the current workload which I appreciate greatly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that everyone is happy and always upbeat, and we have so much fun doing all of our team building activities together and volunteer hours together. It is priceless!!!
