There is room for improvement, but I overall see the possibility of it getting where it needs to be. I think the current leadership in place can improve things if they are willing to listen and make moves.

I like the mix of cultures in the company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Hold everyone accountable for their own duties. Attendance is seeming to be lacking causing everyone else to pick up the slack.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the experience I bring to the company is not being matched to the amount I am compensated. The title that was given does not seem accurate to my actual duties.
