What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401k match is good, but not great. They could start matching from day 1 instead of day 90. PTO is fair.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team here at IH is always approachable and trying to build the team up. They are always open to answering questions, even the tough ones.
