I will forever be grateful for the opportunity IH has given me. I have been with IH for some time now with 3 different job roles. Though, I would love to see more growth opportunity, I stay hopeful that with all these positive changes, we look for more growth opportunity.

I am building new relationships and learning from others.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The my flexibility is amazing if executed correctly. The concept needs a little work so that employees are really taking advantage of it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have 2 other coworkers that we have an incredible chemistry. We know we have our individual goals, but we know we need to achieve the company goal. We work so well when we are out, sharing ideas, and even helping whoever is falling behind.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Coming from a person that has worked with an amazing amount of leaders, at this time, I do not report to a leader more to a boss. My boss is a great individual but I do not feel they are a good fit for me to help me move up and grow in professionally and personally
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am big on TEAM. Though sometimes it feels its easier to pass things along, I do believe some of my teammates understand the true concept of "One call resolution". I have some teammates that I can reach out with no question or long explanation to why I am unable to assist, they jump right on it.
