Invitation Homes – Overall, I've enjoyed working here. There is a lot of behavior that I think goes without addressing (a lot of people are very rude) but overall I have a good time working here. I enjoy all the activities and volunteer opportunities and the offices are great to work in. | Comparably

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I enjoy the ERGs and that there are exec sponsors

What are some of the best things about your team?

We're all friends and a lot of us talk outside of work. We have fun together and can joke around and still rely on each other to get work done.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel like my workload is often really heavy and I have to work nights and on the weekend in order to keep up. I think that if I'm expected/need to work more than 40 hours a week, I should be paid more.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I love the comedy and friendliness. It seems like everyone is close and actually friends which makes them less intimidating. I also appreciate when they share their real-life experiences and provide advice. Communication and honesty is key, so if they can keep that up we're on a great track.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

I think communication can be improved. I don't like waiting on others to get things done, and sometimes I have to wait and remind people over and over about something. Our customers also have a lot of issues and sometimes it feels like we're trying to get money rather than help them.
