What makes you most happy at work?
My work! I enjoy helping residents that experience issues.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are present and it is obvious that they care about associates
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are very close. I have cultivated so many valued friendships. On a personal level, I cannot say one bad thing about my team members.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued. After seeing the pay range during my review, I'd like to be closer to the average salary. It was an issue to see that I am closer to the lower end but I know my managers fight hard to paid fairly which is appreciated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have seen such a change with the newly implemented ERGs. We are truly fostering an inclusive and positive environment throughout the entire company. Through ERGs, I have been able to get to know associates on a deeper level and have gained such respect for all of their hard work.
