For me it is the volunteer hours. Getting paid time off to do good in my community is amazing.

We try to have fun in different ways. We have adapted to rapid change multiple times over the last few years and continue to find ways to succeed at what we do. We help each other out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The sense of family. We sometimes spend more time interacting with co-workers in a week that we do with our own family at home. It's great that we have fostered that feeling of being at home here. Also we have a lot of fun!
