What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency in recent years has really helped provide insight into the business and a better understanding of why we do the things we do. This shows that the team is working to do the best they can for the business.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My leader has brought up a promotion for my last two reviews. There is no follow through though. In my last review I was told that the rest of the leaders at IH do not follow the right standard for what a Senior position should be and that she would be taking it up with HR.
