They need to bring in a different team who has taken organizations public. The current team doesn't have that skill set

I feel confident I am paid fairly for my job. We have regular performance reviews & raises, and there is opportunity for promotion.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is the #1 reason I love working at Jamf, and feel motivated to continuously improve. They're a smart, funny, supportive group of people, who always go above and beyond to to help each other.

There are brilliant individual contributors who are largely excluded from the decision making. Most of the company is happy to plod along with the same bad practices. New leadership from outside is needed.

During my interview, I was able to speak with my manager and future team members about the realities of the job. They asked great questions, and also went above & beyond to answer mine.
