Since our current CEO took over the reigns (back in Tyco era) he has streamlined the business (vast decline in # of employees) consolidated the Operations Departments and outsourced all Financials - Billing, Cust Svc duties to Mexico, India, Philippines- Brilliant

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are just a number, not a valued and appreciated employee. We must do 4 x the work because of the employee streamlining, always asked (and sometimes told) to do more, while our insurance premiums continue to increase, prescrip coverage is basically nill and Wall St is all that matters.
