personality and is knowledgeable when he has time to help me

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

i want to get paid for working extra hours. i am an hourly employee but I dont think i could get the OT approved

What did you like most about the interview process?

I wasn't discriminated against because I havent worked in the engineering field for a few years. I was considered valuable even with lack of controls experience.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

i would like to work OT to do more training, but I dont think my boss would allow that because I already take up alot of OH at our branch

What makes you most happy at work?

when I have work I can do and complete without getting stuck on where to go next. I also enjoy the ability to work from home a few days a week
