What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My department coworkers work awesome together. But in other departments I notice Leads need better leadership skills.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay should not be based on job title., but on experience, performance and skills you are able to perform in any department.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They put safety first, except when it's extremely hot you have no AC in your department and the fans blow nothing but hot air on you.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Need AC in summer months. Heat index can be 110 outside but feels like 150 inside. Heat makes workers sleepy so this can not be safe.
