They focus only on the revenue. If corporate has a vision the message to local branches is just to hit the financial quarterly goal. Zero investment in tools to do our jobs or sales to find clients. Customers pay top prices for mediocre service.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company has lost its vision, too big and too focused on money and greed. We are the highest priced and customers dont get the value. Now we are focused on selling things our customers dont need just to drive revenue. Just repulsive
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Focus on clients and growing our business not the quarterly corporate goals. Hire managers that know our business, hire experienced sales people that are preformers and reward them for it and stop finding ways cut commission. Get rid of all the usless Managers we are too top heavy.
