
Coworkers are good but poor management makes working there miserable and unbearable.
Managers need to be held liable for how they treat employees. Johnson controls needs to recognize people and employees as valuable assets not expendable labor.
Customers cannot stand jci. There reputation is terrible and they loose more customers than they gain. I wish they would see the light and change but it’s doibtful.
They lie and cheat customers to increase profits. The threaten employees and rule by fear. If you report mistreatment your punished by reduced hours and forced to quit. If injured they threaten with termination. This is a sad way of doing business and is why there turnover rate is the highest
