Moral is low do to lack of leadership.
What makes you most happy at work?
My customers and the type of work I do is very gratifying.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Vacation policy is "use it or loose it". Understaffed forces me to work and not have time to take vacation. Company is not willing to negotiate fair compensation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Co-workers are excellent. Great work ethic, intelligent and a wealth of knowledge. I fear our team is on the verge falling apart. The lack of leadership to support us is forcing us to start looking at other options.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Recent merger exposed a lot flaws in the company leadership. I do not feel valued. My job is what generates revenue for the company. All the management above me does not support me and what I'm doing for the company. Their focus is on spreadsheets and Wall Street.
