Managers taking a more active role in the everyday operations, not making false promises, and leading instead of pushing employees.
They need to improve their skill levels and work ethic, this would greatly improve the work environment as the workload would be more evenly accomplished.
Leading their personnel and nurturing them to grow and excel in their field. They also need to take a more active role in operations instead of pushing more work on the employees that already have more than enough to do.
As stated it needs to start with upper management actually leading and I believe there are to many managers that are doing nothing more than putting their work on the employees and justifying their roles without putting in the work they should.
With my skill level and experience I am paid and classified the same as lesser skilled and experienced personnel. This is due mainly because I question decisions and refuse to be strictly a yes man. I solve many issues that my managers should be addressing and they are the ones making the big money.
