I despise my work. Been employed 20 plus years and this is my worst experience.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Co-worker are great, management is poor.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being on incentive pay, we're told daily what our previous day's earnings we're, but it never shows on weekly pay. Always underpaid.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Compassion for the workers, a little motivation. We just get orders barked to us and are expected to perform top with little to no guidance or support.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Caring for the workers, even having conversations or attending any type of production level meetings. Worked there 1+ years, only seen my manager once and never had a conversation.
