They are open minded, ethical, welcome diversity, & are generally concerned about our Customers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Jci benefits are pretty good, but every year we pay more and more out of pocket for the same benefits.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My manager is very receptive to my opinion and is always there if I need him. We need a better installation team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We try very hard to be successful as a team. I'm free to give my opinions and idea's without concern that I will be reprimanded.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Usually a good culture but can always be better. Some need to work harder than others to make up for some other team members lack of ownership & lack of hard work ethics.
