
No parts for machine repairs. That is by company choice. To much turnover in employees
No one shows any problem solving skill. They have to many meetings and solve nothing
They are more con earned with testing on things you will never use than actually checking out good employees
Everytime they give a contract forced raise they offset it with raising employee contribution to insurance premiums. And raising deductibles to staggering amounts.
Changed to a new team. Very stagnant. They are quick to blame everyone and will not own up to their mistakes. Has very little regard fo employee safety. More concearned with profit.
