
The leadership team needs to get better interacting with their employees. We are the backbone of the company, the strength of the organization.
My workplace has created a hostile environment among their employees. This is due to the pay scale, which is unequal pay for the same job titles.
The make sure each employee understand the company values. Also, the organization need to create a work environment that makes every employee feel valued and they are apart of the team
My co-workers need to work on their communication skills, and their job responsibilities. If everyone has a willingness to work together as a team, and understand that here not I in the work team, we would have better work environment.
