What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team work is lacking due to the silos. We need matrix project teams from across the organization and start thinking as a We rather than I.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

This is not about me; the typical sentiment is for employees to do as being told. The directive is there and everyone should follow. Immediate supervisors do not lead by examples for innovation. General direction is towards cost cutting rather than growth within the Products business.
