My over all experience with this company is , that I don't feel the higher ups care that much about the employees

Not much, I think they have made some bad decisions in the past
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is mostly positive, but it can be negative from the boss. My coworkers are the positive points
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel I get paid the same as other people doing the same job that I do. I would feel better if I was paid more and I had a better voice in what I had to do.
