It has been interesting, but everyday I am wondering if the CEO / "Executive Team" will cut mine and all of my co worker's jobs at any time even though we are extremely profitable.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to stop grouping all of the security products together because the "executive team" is constantly punishing certain companies over other's, because of the other's sales issues.
