What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team have given me everything I need to succeed but also give me the opportunity to lead initiatives without ever having to ask how things are moving. They have trusted in my ability and because of that I've been able to grow in ways that I never expected.

The benefit level is slightly off balance in comparison to the market

I've done a salary comparison and am under paid based off my education, level of experience and location. However, I feel this will be corrected in the near future and I enjoy my job so I'm willing to stick it out!

I don't feel undervalued. I would welcome more stock options as I continue to add value to the organization.
