Seems like company as a whole cares about employees which is good. First company I work for where there are many people who have worked here 20+ years which is a good thing. Issues seem to arise more on departmental level where people come in changing process without fully understanding effects.

We need to cast a vision, create a plan to achieve the vision and train and coach everyone to achieve it. We must communicate from the top down and make the vision clear. We are all one team and should all have one voice. Often times we all seem like separate companies bickering and casting blame.
