Editorial pay still below other competitors in energy/petrochemicals reporting space. Ex-colleagues getting poached to competitors with better pay, work-life balance, and benefits (including the need to arrange covers). In ICIS' path to 500 million, please improve editorial remuneration.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Managers focus too much on our faults and weaknesses and not enough on our strengths. Perception is that we are underpaid vs our competitors. No career progression. No bonus structure. Seems like management is not listening to our customers pr their needs
