What are some of the best things about your team?

Pleasant, cooperative, mostly supportive of each others needs. Most are flexible in covering each other but not all

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Positive team culture. Supportive colleagues who take the trouble to know you and find out what's troubling you

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Improve salary. introduce a bonus structure to reward. Im[prove insurance and flexible benefits to better reflect rising cost environment.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Improve benefits such as health, insurance. Focus on developing careers not just short-term goals. Focus on the positives not on what should be done better

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Managers focus too much on our faults and weaknesses and not enough on our strengths. Perception is that we are underpaid vs our competitors. No career progression. No bonus structure. Seems like management is not listening to our customers pr their needs
