Im a student. My manager doesnt understand that sometimes I cant work. He becomes petty and uses his place as manager to get back at me and fellow workers if they cant work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are no benefits for those who work part time. Its a very heavy job for teens who are just trying to save for the future. $16 isnt enough for the amount of work 3 crew members do closing.
