Basically everything they mainly sit around including managers while others are working
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We mean nothing to the people above and they don't give is any benefits and any food and dinks must be paid for
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They are cutting pays/bonus which is causing store managers to leave making the wokr place unstable. Betterpay to all store workers and benifits
