They treated me like they cared and like i was not a number but a person. they even gave me a free pizza when i finished and that warmed my heart. they gave my baby brother a drink and covered it soon after i started working there and it made me feel so happy inside
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Fire the people who are not doing there job and making mine and everyone elses more hard. some people at my place sit on there phone dont do anything then yell at others to do it instead... like bro your a cashier not even helping customers why are you here and being paid? its so frustrating
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The GM is super friendly and is super kind not only to the coworkers but the customers, she treats everyone like people not like we are expendable and just numbers to her we are people not just something to be replaced, the non gm's are ok most the time but are usualy not doing much of anything
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are more laid back and there is a lot of stuff i didnt get an inbetween its often positive or bad its a hit and miss depending on whos working and what they are working on. if we have a certain person working on landing or sheet outs hes on his phone while the GM isnt there and does nothing
