What did you like most about the interview process?

I was hired right away due to previous work with manager in past. My qualifications were already known.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Treating good employees with respect and not punishing them fir pointing out by doing their job that management is not doing its job.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They value employees that start their first week and insult and display insubordination towards any Manger they don't like because they just want to do nothing and collect a check.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Harresment of anyone that has or knows more then current management, because they mistake someone trying to help as a threat to their jobs and whatever other rules or policies they don't foow or care abot

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The owner needs to let someone with the backbone to stand their ground on employees that do not follow policies and that think they have to very little compared to others. I would rather work a rush with 3 good employees then with only 3 that are doing most of the work while 2 or 3 do nothing.
