it is a family feeling environment

My manager asked about DC or Marvel characters to see how would fit into the work place
What do you like best about the leadership team?
i like their dedication to the company. especially how anything will slide as long as the company looks good
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I have an issue that general managers and district manager will not address and would like to contact HR
