I work at a franchise store. Never enough staff, no real training, no benifits, most of the time managers can't get a break because no staff to relieve them, not even free food when you have to work open to close with no break because people call off.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team? Not sure who or what this is.

We don't get any benifits so don't know what you mean.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The staff that care...really help each other out as best they can.
What makes you most happy at work?
The team work of the staff willing to work together as a family.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are some staff that the GM can call and we will help out and come in because we know the GM is learning as she goes as well.
