Favoritism. Not all assistant managers are right. Most assistant managers are rude and they think they are better than crew. They are always threatening to write me up for the silliest things.
Communication. Being respectful. Being kind to one another. Stop cussing and yelling at employees especially infront of all the customers. Ordering an employee to do their closing work. assistant managers Talking about employees to the rest of the crew.
I feel undervalued when i have a customer apologizing for my managers behavior in the back. My customers will hear hear how i am treated and they apologize for their order. They even sometimes will ask to cancel the order because they feel like they complicated the order and got me in trouble.
