What are some of the best things about your team?

the younger adult that worked under me were amazing ,it was a fun inviremont . nice and welcomeing . just pore main management

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

to get my hours they owe me for . I quit do to shaving paychecks . still need my w2 for 2023 to file 2024s taxes

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

paying for hours they work. not lien to skim checks . sobriety training in labor laws and training there team .showing up for there checks . not highering do to relativity . keeping there team members happy so they stick around . treating help with respect they deserve !

What makes you most happy at work?

I was a shift manager on nights . my crew made me happy especially Jaden . He was the best team lead I had given the training he had to help me . should have been given a raise and his ours he worked not screwed over and fired like he was
