What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need a new gm to actually make sure our store is ran properly
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Actually doing their jobs cause half the time I am the one doing everyone's job
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need a GM who actually does good things for our store not just expects everyone to do her job for her while she collects the pay
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The gm and one of the other managers need to actually stay at work when they clock in instead of clocking in and leave for hours on end
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel this way because the GM constantly creates me like shit no matter what I do even if I am the one keeping the whole store together
